In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), LFK Global Technology Services S.L. hereby sets out its policy on the processing of personal data.

We process the personal data collected for the following purposes:

  • Management of orders, invoicing, shipping and returns.
  • Management of the Technical Support Service (SAT) and RMA.
  • Handling enquiries submitted through the contact form.
  • Sending commercial communications related to our products and services (only if the user has consented).
  • Compliance with accounting and tax obligations.

3. Legal basis

  • Performance of the contract: purchase of products, provision of services.
  • Legal obligation: Verifactu electronic invoicing, accounting.
  • Consent of the data subject: sending commercial communications.
  • Legitimate interest: resolving incidents and customer support.

4. Data retention

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and to address any legal or contractual liabilities (a minimum of 6 years for accounting and tax data under the Spanish Commercial Code).

5. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties, except for legally mandatory disclosures (Tax Agency, Social Security) or those necessary to provide the service (carriers, the Stripe payment gateway, the email provider Resend, the Supabase infrastructure). These third parties act as data processors under their respective contracts.
